Congratulations to Anna Cross for being chosen for the 2025 BALT Fellowship Grant!
Originally from Chicago, Anna is currently a student in her fifth year at the School of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Historic Preservation and a minor in Energy Studies. She spent a year in Rome with Notre Dame, studying traditional architecture and urbanism, and is always seeking opportunities to continue traveling and learning.
Anna’s research will focus on CFA Voysey FRIBA RDI (1857-1941), British architect and designer who was an important proponent of the Arts and Crafts movement in the late 19th century. Her research will explore Voysey’s distinctive methods of architectural rendering in drawings and watercolor with the goal of producing a graphic analysis of his renderings and how they served his influential practice.
