Debra Lehman Smith is the founding partner of Lehman Smith McLeish (LSM), which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021. With projects that are lauded as models of design excellence and catalysts for promoting organizational vision and change, LSM advises developers, architects, and major corporations as they execute the world’s most innovative commercial real estate developments. The firm’s accolades include awards for design, workplace, and real estate strategy excellence from British Council of Offices, the US General Services Administration, and the American Institute of Architects.

LSM’s work has been featured around the world in Interior Design Magazine, Wallpaper Magazine, Architectural Record, and Domus. Ms. Lehman Smith was named Designer of the Year by Interior Design Magazine and inducted into the Interior Design Hall of Fame.
