Lawrence F. Gilberti is a seasoned legal professional and partner at Reed Smith, with a practice that spans across various aspects of estate planning, including services for both U.S. and international clients. His expertise extends to estate administration, Orphans’ Court practice, and the planning, formation, and administration of charitable trusts, private foundations, and other non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Lawrence has also gained substantial experience in corporate and real estate transactions, ensuring continuity in his practice by dedicating time to the firm’s New York office each month.
